What is the training I require and how do I get trained ?

What sources can be used for leads ?
There are a number of sources which should get you the leads. Few of them are as below:
• Internet electronic directory pages like Canada 411.ca or canpages.ca
• Through a lead generation portal, as provided by Instant Cover
• Leads forwarded directly by Instant Cover. These leads are basically queries coming in at Instant Cover on regular basis.

What is the approximate number of hours to work ?
As a Instant Cover agent you have complete flexibility over your work hours. However our experience suggests that taking calls for 4 – 5 hours a day, 5 days a week, is reasonably good input to convert prospects into clients. Payment is made after every 20 visit and the amount is transferred to the bank account number (ICICI preferred), as provided by you, during sign up. Agents are paid in local currency.
How should I take and submit the order ?
Agents will have the portal access, with unique username and password. You use this access to submit, client and appointment - date and time and thus regularly update the sales (appointment) process sheet. Other details will be extended by the trainer, during the training process.
How can you guarantee regular payments ?
Like there are no fixed commitments at the agent’s end, Instant Cover too does not guarantee any regular / fixed payment schema. An agent works at his or her own free will and there are no mandatory qualifications clauses or any restrictions imposed. So your performance decides the remuneration part.
But yes Instant Cover commits regular payments of the completed assignments, because at Instant Cover we value your effort and association. We intend to grow as an organization and believe that our staff is our key strength. We have widespread business dealings in India and there is no case / instance of fraud against Instant Cover, listed anywhere. How long have you been in business?
Instant Cover has been in business since last 10 years and for about 3 years now, our entire administrative team has been involved with the freelance wing. A number of training programs, market research surveys and lead generation projects have been successfully managed over this time frame.
How does the system work ?
The system is pretty straight forward, it goes like this:
You sign up as a Instant Cover agent and the first step is training. This as mentioned earlier apprises you with the services at length and also works at sharpening your communication skills.
Post the training program there is a voice test, after clearing which your login details are activated. A confirmation email will be sent to declare the results. With this confirmation you are now a Instant Cover agent. As the Instant Cover agent, you will have to comply with DNC guidelines laid by Canada Telecom Policy. Within the legal framework, you start calling. Leads available on the portal can serve as the starting point.
